BECOMING A REAL LIFE WRITER OR SOMETHING
My Writer's Journey
The new and improved, [mostly redeemed], slacker version of me is here to lull you into chortles with my false sense of accomplishment. I've done some big things since I started this blog. Namely, I wrote two four novels, [signed with an agent, and am building my kidlit empire for world domination, aka I'M GETTING PUBLISHED]. It's amazing what a little pandemic downtime can do to that inner voice wondering, "what's your excuse this time?" Truth be told...[despite] homeschooling, writing, raising a one nearly three year old, doing the mom/wife things required of me, and doing art commissions leaving me a tad burned out (still true), [I actually achieved a whole heaping handful of my dreams since I started this!] And no, you can't take that away from me.
